Health Officials Announce Flu Shot Locations
Health departments for Sacramento, Yolo and Placer counties have announced their schedules for senior influenza vaccinations for 2003.
Throughout the various sites in Sacramento County, flu shots will be $10 and will be provided to seniors age 60 and older, and to those under age 60 who are chronically ill and have a note from a physician. Also in Sacramento County, pneumonia shots will be offered for $20 and tetanus shots for $23.
In Placer County, flu shots are $10 each. In Yolo County, flu shots for seniors are $5, and tetanus shots are $13, and pneumonia shots are not offered at the flu shot clinics.

North Highlands Community Center, 6040 Watt Ave., North Highlands, 10 a.m. to noon.
Carmichael Clubhouse, 5750 Grant Ave., Carmichael, 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Hart Multipurpose Senior Center, 915 27th St., 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Fruitridge Community Center, 4000 Fruitridge Road, 10 a.m. to noon.
Maidu Community Center, 1550 Maidu Drive, Roseville, 9 a.m. to noon.
Rio Linda Community Center, 810 Oak Lane, Rio Linda, 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Rocklin Sunset Center, 2650 Sunset Blvd., Rocklin, 9 a.m. to noon.
Rusch Park Community Center, 7801 Auburn Blvd., Citrus Heights, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church, 11427 Fair Oaks Blvd., Fair Oaks, 10 a.m. to noon.
