Lodi’s Senior Awareness Day Is a Blast

A large crowd of seniors enjoys Senior Awareness Day, May 27 at Micke Grove Park in Lodi. The 26th annual event, sponsored by the Aging and Community Services Division of San Joaquin County and attended by several thousand seniors, included a big band, health screenings, food samples, information booths hosted by Spectrum and other businesses, and a display of classic cars and trucks. The theme for the free event was “Blast From the Past.”
